Drive-Thru Flu Vaccine Clinic

The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency (BHSJCHA) is providing FREE FLU-MIST (2yrs - 49yrs), NO INSURANCE CARD REQUESTED.
Flu SHOTS are available to anyone 6 months and older, but will be billed to insurance. High dose vaccine is not currently available. Flu vaccinations are available to Michigan residents on a first come, first served basis.
To reduce the wait time, please download, print and fill out the influenza clinic form. This will greatly speed up the processing and reduce your wait time.

- Enter off of Broadway St. by Three Rivers Little League and HC Gleason & LC Beal Park
- Exit onto Hill Street
