BHSJ CHA’s Clinical Services Returning to Three Rivers

Coldwater, MI – The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency will return clinical services to a new temporary location in Three Rivers beginning Monday April 20, 2026.

Clinical services will be offered at 255 North US131, Three Rivers on Mondays and Tuesdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4 p.m. Clinical services include WIC, Immunizations, STI/HIV testing and communicable disease. The Sturgis location will continue to provide clinical services Wednesday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

“The agency is pleased to be able to return our clinical team to Three Rivers. We understand the difficulties that residents faced during our absence when needing WIC, immunizations, STI/HIV testing and communicable disease services,” said Health Officer Rebecca Burns. “We continue to work towards the repair of our location on Hill Street. Our staff are looking forward to offering all of the agency’s clinical and environmental health services to residents from this Three Rivers location.”
