Area Agency on Aging Region IIIC to Host Public Hearing on FY2026 Area Plan

The Branch-St. Joseph Area Agency on Aging (Region IIIC), will hold a public hearing on April 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting will take place in the conference room of the Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency, 1110 Hill Street, Three Rivers. There will also be a virtual option available, which can be accessed at the following link:

The Public Hearing will include a review our Annual Area Implementation Plan, which outlines services, federal & state resources, program development, and advocacy plans for the period of October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026.
“Area Agency on Aging Region IIIC administers a variety of federal, state, and local funds to support services such as in-home care, senior meals, transportation, programs for caregivers, health promotion, legal, and other services for individuals aged 60 and greater,” says Laura Sutter, Director of AAAIIIC. “The agency identifies needs and develops an area plan. Our agency advocates on behalf of all older adults in Branch and St. Joseph counties. We help to inform and educate the community on available services and issues affecting older adults and their families.”
The plan will be available for public review after April 14th on our website at www.bhsj.org/aaa, or by calling 517-278-2538 or 1-888-615-8009 to request a copy. Copies will be made available at the public hearing.
