Cost: $220.00 per person includes textbook, exam, certificate, and refreshments.
$98.00 per person for re-certification test only. Test only should arrive at 1:30.

Why take this class? Michigan’s Food Law of 2000 requires that a food service establishment have at least one person in charge of operations that can demonstrate knowledge of: 1) food borne disease prevention 2) application of HACCP principles 3) the requirements of the Food Code.
NOTE: Deadline to fulfill the certification requirement of Michigan’s Food Law was June 30, 2009. Violations will be accessed from April 2, 2010 for lack of compliance with Michigan’s Food Law 2000.
A letter confirming your registration will be sent to you when application is received. Slots are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Deadline to sign up for this course is Tuesday May 23, 2023.
