Clinical Services

Branch-Hillsdale-St.Joseph Community Health Agency is responsible for assuring the provision of certain core clinical programs in the following areas: communicable disease control, immunization, sexually transmitted diseases, and vision and hearing screening.

We operate three public health clinics which offer communicable disease control services, immunizations, HIV/STI testing, hearing/vision screenings, and the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program. These programs prevent disease and ensure adequate nutrition for moms and babies from pregnancy to childhood.

Our Goals:
• Improve access to health care
• Reduce transmission of communicable disease
• Provide protection against vaccine-preventable diseases
• Improve health for women of childbearing age, pregnant women, and children
• Reduce preventable illnesses, injuries, and deaths in children

Clinic hours vary for each office location. For more information or to schedule an appointment, visit our contact page. *Same day or next day appointments may be available.
