Service Facility Restricting Access

Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility will be stopping all visitors starting at 8:00 pm today, March 12, 2020

Visitors that come to the building today will be screened by Maple Lawn staff for respiratory illness symptoms, temperature, and recent travel.  Those with a temperature of 100.6 or greater will not be allowed to visit.  No children under the age of 16 will be allowed.  No exceptions!

Only enter through the main door.

After today, visitors will only be allowed for emergent situations or end of life visits.  In this situation only 2 family members will be allowed at one time and will only be allowed to go directly to the resident room. 

Care conferences will be held by telephone.

The facility will be setting up Skype and FaceTime for families will be able to see and contact loved ones and that information will be placed on Facebook when it is available.

Staff are in the process of contacting resident's families with this information as well.
