Hearing and Vision Screening - Kindergarten

Appointments are for any student that is entering kindergarten for the first time whether they have opted for on-line only or in person learning.
The date for the screenings at the Sturgis Clinic at 1555 E Chicago Rd. Suite C, Sturgis, is Friday, August 21.
Appointment times will be from 8am-3:30pm.

*Masks are required.
*One person may accompany the student to the screening room while others will need to wait outside the office.
